myZeo is a non-pharmaceutical sleep aid that allows users to record, upload, track, analyze,
and interact with their nightly sleep data. The user wears a headband at night that records brainwave data to a bedside alarm clock. That data can then be uploaded to the myZeo web application seen here. The challenge of this project was how to visually present large amounts of raw scientific data in a way that anyone could understand
and use.
The application gives users a visual representation of their light, REM, and deep sleep patterns through a series of sleep tools. They can compare data on a nightly, weekly, or monthly basis. Coaching sessions give the user the ability to learn howto improve their sleep themselves naturally and drug-free.
